Sep. 10th, 2001 06:21 pmEerie Von's solo project has to be some of the worst I've heard, ever. the amateur bands playing tomorrow at the Zoom festival are guaranteed to be better than this.
the world does not need this. as fond as I am of riffs and bluesy melody lines, in the two songs I've heard from Danzig's old bassist, he has crossed the borderline to pathetic, bought some souvenirs in pitiable, and solidly crashed in ridiculousness.
Tori's new album. OTOH, is magnificent. OMG. Maragor is going to shit himself. =)
and I kind of like the death rock influences traceable in the pieces I've heard from Professional Murder Music. not necessarily the epitome of intricate deviousness, but good fun.
played Discworld Noir with Callie last night. good one.
my financial situation right now is very much dictated by my supportive stance towards my friends. i.e. I have a lot more in credit than I have in debit. but I'm used to going hungry.
need to go and vote now, too. I had almost forgotten all about it. grr. I'd like to be a little less scatterbrained sometimes. but then again, that's part of what makes me me.
