nothing to worry about?

never was a hypochondriac, but...

I'm not sure how to interpret the signs my body's been giving me. most recently when I was out on the balcony here for a coffee&smoke break. as I rested my left hand on the railing my index finger started shaking. or quivering, more like it.

I made an appointment with the corporate health services on Monday. the medic I talked to told me to take it easy.
