I discovered I weigh only 50 kgs. for the first time since coming of age.

BMI well into the health hazard end of the scale.

this made me feel hungry.

everybody out there who feel they have a few kgs too many: stay that way. it's far preferrable.

talked to Sis. she's going to St Pete tomorrow.

she's going to be overwhelmed. =) she'll enjoy the old buildings. and the subway system. and the people.

told her about my concern. she got concerned too.
