things are rolling at least in one area. thanks to the goodwill of my dearest Maragor, we are now watching DVDs and videos on the telly instead of in this cramped space in front of the computer.

we just watched a half-an-hour-long program from my home village on the state channel.

I got so homesick. I think I might be able to count on one hand the times I have been this homesick.

it's so beautiful there by the fjord, between the mountains... my friend put up these pictures from his farm and the mountains a while ago. dunno where else I can find good web pics from there.

the machine is behaving erratically. I think it was because I was forced to reinstall windows and all the drivers, since the backup method used didn't quite preserve hidden (system) files. *cough* =)

but it's good to be back. yes.
