the Illnath material featuring Narrenschiff shows promise. not very original, but catchy and well executed. I was happy that he gave us a first look, so to speak.

Callie and I got a visit from Stephan last night. he brought meat, we had spaghetti. a bit envious of his cooking skills. =) so he stayed overnight, we played Chez Geek, he demonstrated how good French hardcore bands really are, we had a good pseudo-philosophical discussion and naturally talked about lots of RPG-related subjects.

today we went up to his place, which he shares with Johan and his gf. Johan's sister is btw really like my own, in certain respects. I liked her. anyway, we watched The 13th Warrior and the French movie Dobermann. The last one was the most violent non-splatter movie I've seen. But oh so stylish!

so now we're at Møllers. Maria, Oscar, Aurora, the Marquis, Psychokira, Tommy BK, Kathulu, Arcticon, Callie and I are here now. expecting Stephan, Pukë, Burn, Korova, Linda and our dear Lorien soon.

things won't ever be quite the way they were, that's true. but we'd do well to remember that there was a fair bit of fucked-up shit last year as well.

now, the main thing the way I see it is to try to get the good of each and every moment. I'm not quite as broke now, which means we can have fun with alcohol again as well. good as long as it lasts.
