tried to locate an Eternal Joy song, but ended up with a amero-gospel-fluffypop-thingy.

"in this world of darkness, we are given light"
and
"go and preach the Gospel till there is no more night, - in the name of Jesus Christ, carry the light."

happy music, tho, if a bit on the soulless side. =)

rox 4 progs.

DT back to their roots. more or less. thanx to BBub for the tip. some Metallica, some Pantera. some Deep Purple. I think my problem with them is that their style lends itself poorly to identification - not that they aren't recognizable, it's just that the music seems many-faceted to the extent that I feel it borders on schizophrenia.

to quote my old friend Dez: "it doesn't catch" and "not my style."

wonder how he's doing. good thought. I SMS'd him now. =)

got to bring harifuzz the Dozärne cd at last (he's been absent from work for some days.). he wants to play it on his radio show. he's also gonna be the opening and ending DJ at the Jokke tribute concert on Saturday. pity it's been sold out for weeks.

I should stop checking out music this way. only adding to the problem of how I am going to get my files transported out from the house before I quit.

I've considered buying an external cd burner (but what's the point, nt4 doesn't handle usb drivers), an external hdd (but I suspect I need admin privs to install it properly), or even a dvd burner. jazdrive, maybe. maybe something to be found at designpolizei.

don't suppose anybody's got some 12 gigs to spare on an ftp account? =)

heh. did anybody claim mp3s represented a cheaper and easier way to enjoy music?
