met Callie. but she made me feel so very uncertain about myself and my mission. I don't know what to do. or to say. and I respectfully requested time to think.
"Did she amuse you?" -- my desk editor
she's coming to meet me today again, anxiously awaiting whatever conclusions I've reached. if any. I'm conscious of a few more things today than I was yesterday, but still can't say I'm not befuddled about this.
damn, hard pressed for time today. haven't got any opportunities to even go to the bathroom, far less getting Zeromancer tickets. going to do both now.
